Phone support is available free of charge on projects covered under a Continuing Care Plan and on projects professionally installed by Barrett’s Technology Solutions within (90) days of substantial completion. For projects not meeting this criteria, after hours phone support will be invoiced at a rate of $95.00 per half hour.

Although we can frequently resolve problems over the phone, and will make every effort to do so, there is no guarantee that we will be successful. In the event on-site service is necessary, a representative will contact you on the next business day to schedule a visit.
